Sewing Sonnet Dusk Rayons

Good Afternoon! I’m popping in to share a couple of garments I’ve sewn up in my Sonnet Dusk rayon For Riley Blake Designs. Riley Blake’s rayons drape beautifully and are nice and lightweight.

The first garment I made is the Sagebrush Top by Friday Pattern Co. I cannot say enough good things about this pattern! I love the fit and style. I think the sleeves are lovely and the ruffle is so sweet. It has a tie closure in the back. I used my Dahlia Rose in the stone color way.

My next make was the Wilder Gown also by Friday Pattern Co. I just love the elegance and ease of this pattern. There are options for long sleeve as well as a top version (which I’ve already made!). I used my Dahlia Rose in grenadine for this gown and couldn’t be happier with the result.
